These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our repair services, phone and accessory sales, and website. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Services & Repairs
Repairs are carried out using high-quality parts, and we strive to complete all repairs promptly.
Water-damaged devices are repaired at the customer’s own risk, as success rates vary.
While we take care during repairs, we are not liable for pre-existing faults or hidden internal damage.
3. Warranty
We provide a 3-month warranty on most phone repairs (excluding accidental damage, further liquid damage, or customer misuse).
Warranty covers the repaired component only (e.g., a replaced screen, not the entire phone).
Software issues, third-party repairs, and further damage will void the warranty.
4. Payments & Pricing
All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full before collecting repaired devices or purchased items.
We accept cash, card, and other approved payment methods.
5. Returns & Refunds
New & used phones/accessories can be returned within 14 days, provided they are in original condition and packaging.
Refunds or replacements are at our discretion and do not cover accidental or user-inflicted damage.
Repairs are non-refundable, but faulty workmanship is covered under our repair warranty.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for data loss during repairs; customers should back up their devices before servicing.
We are not liable for further issues arising after a repair if unrelated to the service provided.
Customers agree to leave devices at their own risk when booking repairs.
